Inspired by my experience in elite sport I help individuals to perform at their best by equipping them with practical strategies and tools that help them achieve outstanding performance. Prior to becoming an international Inspirational Speaker, Executive Coach and Leadership Training Consultant, my background was in elite sport - I am an Olympian and former 6 times world champion and Great Britain's most successful female kayaker.

My mission is to infuse the business world with the secrets of sporting success. Since retiring from sport I have become recognised as a specialist in the field of resilience and the psychology of high performance. I work globally with leaders and teams helping them develop the skills, attitudes and behaviours to deliver exceptional performance.

Motivational Speaking:

By the age of 24 I had been World Champion 3 times and competed at the Olympic Games. In 2010 I was awarded an MBE for her services to sport. This success was achieved against all the odds. I was told by the British head coach that I was not big enough or strong enough to be a great kayaker. At the peak of my career, I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and was told by medical experts I might never race again. I battled my way to full recovery and went on to win a further 3 world titles and compete at her second Olympic Games in Beijing 2008.

I retired from the world of sport and became passionate about sharing the thinking, methodology and techniques I used to become a world champion 6 times and how those strategies can be applied directly to the business world.

My unique combination of experience in elite sport combined with 13 years leading a successful business and working alongside senior leaders, gives me a broad understanding of the challenges that leaders and teams face and how to overcome them to deliver outstanding results.
